Computer System Assistant Engineer D-041-4. Level 4 - A System Assistant Engineer is designated to administer, organize and conduct activities pertaining to development plan, user support, installation and maintenance of computer system, storage management as well as security and recovery.

Computer System Engineer D-041-5. Level 5 - System engineer is designated to manage, organize and perform activities pertaining to develop plan, user support, installation and maintenance of computer system, storage management as well as security and recovery.

Upon completing this course the students able to provide and manage technical support, develop, implement, review and update standard operating procedure, manage and supervise installation and maintenance of computer equipment. Install, manage test and operate computer system storage management and system security. Perform and manage computer system recoveries. Plan and conduct training activities. Develop, write, review and update system documentation. Conduct and manage customer service support. Perform and execute work related management function.
